Priority color is a clock: warmer signals shorten the response time, while blue, green, and gray describe work outside the urgent path.

Red means the current plan may need to stop. Orange still asks for quick attention, while yellow keeps an issue visible without describing the same level of urgency. Blue belongs to lower-priority work that remains active.

Green marks completion, and gray shows that no priority has been assigned. Written labels must accompany every color so people do not have to distinguish hue alone to understand the queue.
