Goldenrod color, similar to the color of the plant. A more in-depth version of gold. Like many other colors, this color was first recorded in the UK.

The goldenrod color RGB codes are in the hexadecimal RGB color 179, 166, 112 format. Goldenrod is a color in the RGB color model. The building process of the color consists of 100% red, 44% green and 27% blue. It's also known as Color barred yellow (Crayola).
It was previously known as "Canary Yellow" based on its comparison to the color of a Canary bird's feathers. Since the color of newer pigments were used instead, this name fell out of use.
