Gym Colors begins where training actually happens: Training Plate black absorbs visual noise around the platform, while Chalk White records grip, repetition, and contact rather than polished decoration.

The remaining colours form an equipment language. International Weightlifting Federation rules assign green to 10 kg, yellow to 15 kg, blue to 20 kg, and red to 25 kg competition discs, making colour a fast visual index of load.

Use the neutral pair for surfaces and typography, then apply the plate colours to training zones, progress levels, or equipment references. Keep written labels alongside colour: red and yellow can also mean stop, danger, or caution in safety systems.
